This 2.5-hour guided experience is an invitation to pause, reflect, and intentionally set your direction for the year ahead — from alignment, clarity, and intention.

You’ll be guided in setting achievable, wellness-centered goals and supported in creating the internal conditions for sustainable health, vitality, and growth.

Through guided breathwork and reflective journaling, you'll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and

anchoring into the version of you that you are ready to become in 2026.

This is your moment to prioritize your well-being — and start 2026 grounded, focused, and empowered!

Part 1: Holistic Wellness Foundations & Goal Setting

We’ll begin with health coaching that covers the fundamentals of holistic wellness — helping you understand what truly supports your body, nervous system, and long-term vitality.

You’ll be guided to set realistic, achievable wellness goals that create a clear, supportive path into 2026.

This is about foundations — because you can’t thrive without the raw materials.

Part 2: Guided Breathwork Session

A nervous-system–supportive breathwork journey designed to help you:

Quiet mental noise

Access clarity and intuition

Shift out of stress and into receptivity

This allows your intentions to move from something you think about into something you feel and embody.

Part 3: Journaling & Solidifying Goals

Fresh off the high from the breathwork session you’ll be guided to
