coached through a themed-journey of deep, diaphragmatic breathing to an energizing and emotionally

charged playlist that preps your mind for transformation. Breathwork combined with the tones of the

playlist and motivational coaching rebuilds neural pathways. By adding motivational messages, your limiting

beliefs and sub-conscious programming begins to be replaced with a healthier mindset and habits.

Who Could Benefit from Breathwork Detox?

Who is Breathwork Detox not for?

While there have been ZERO reported deaths from breathing, there are some contra-indications for breathwork and you are advised to first consult with your healthcare provider(s) before participating in any form of breathwork if you have any concerns.

The most common contraindications to breathwork include: Anyone on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, schizophrenia, bi-polar depression, any person with mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support, epilepsy/seizures, heart conditions, aneurysms, osteoporosis, detached retina or glaucoma, high or abnormal blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, an active addiction, recent surgery or pregnancy.

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for anyone with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, any specific recent physical injuries or surgeries. Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for someone using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing breathwork.

How to Prepare for Breathwork Detox?

Eat light and drink extra the day of.

Do not eat 2-3 hours before your Breathwork Detox session. Benefits are better felt on an empty stomach. Otherwise, you may feel nauseous.

Dress in layers or have a blanket available for your session. It is common for body temperature to fluctuate.

Eye mask helps you go deeper within.

Headphones are preferred for the most immersive experience.

A quality speaker would be second best. Find a place you can lay down for 2 hour uninterrupted.

Use a yoga mat, couch, bed where you can lay flat.

Pillow – not for your head. More on this during the session.

Good internet connection.

Release all expectations.

What to do After Breathwork Detox?

·   Journal – the effects of Breathwork Detox may be felt for days following a session.

·   Epsom salt bath

·   Ground

·   Drink water, herbal tea

·   Eat if you feel hungry afterwards Stay in the zone.
